Kim Kardashian and Kanye West shared some candid footage of their family Monday. The footage first popped up on Kim’s official app and website, which appears to be rolling into 2017 with a fresh new design. The behind-the-scenes montage includes appearances from North West, a vomiting Saint West, and a glimpse behind the curtain of last year’s massive The Life of Pablo reveal at Madison Square Garden. Additionally, Kardashian shared the first Instagram post to her account since October.

On the last edition of GGN of 2016, Snoop Dogg invited ASAP Rocky onto the show to talk shop, primarily about Rocky’s new role over at MTV. Around the 7:40 mark though, they threw on the instrumental for Mobb Deep’s Alchemist-produced “The Realest” and these two just started spitting.

Rocky kicked things off by saying he wanted “two gold teeth from his dentist” for Christmas—which he rapped while rhyming with a teeth full of gold fronts. It’s a true off the dome (a.k.a. “off the tip-top”) freestyle, so Rocky doesn’t go BARS DEEP, but he styles like only Rocky could over the track while asking for a round of applause. Then it was time for Uncle Snoop to go ham one time, and he let people know he supplied all the weed and chased all of the zebras before shouting out to all of the Libras. Snoops’ freestyle skills are no-nonsense, and once he gets into that pocket, it’s buttery smooth. Can we get an Alchemist x Snoop mixtape/EP in 2017?!

Now that you’re done taking in the marvelous stylings of Snoop and Rocky, you should go back to the beginning of the episode. Rocky talks about the different generations of hip-hop fashion, including how the size of your jeans has changed. Rocky’s creative director position at MTV Labs is discussed, with Rocky specifically saying he wants to get back to “music television.”

“It’s about different genres…if it wasn’t for MTV, we wouldn’t know who a lot of artists were,” he says, before mentioning Yo! MTV Raps and TRL inspired him in terms of the energy of the show. Later on, Rocky talks about the friction that was apparently brought up between Rocky’s ASAP crew and Tyler’s Odd Future squad, and how they overcame the f*ckery to really become friends and associates.

There’s much more that Rocky and Snoop get into; check out the full episode below.

Forbes has finally shared their annual 30 Under 30 list, the “most definitive gathering of today’s leading young change-makers and innovators in the U.S.” Honoring 600 individuals across 20 categories, including art and style, education, food and drink, and music, it shines a light on young Americans and their “extraordinary achievements.”

Unsurprisingly, Forbes’ music category features some of the most talented artists in the game right now. Included in the publication’s list are rap’s two favorite 19-year-olds, Lil Yachty and Desiigner, both of whom saw tremendous success in 2016 as well as earned Grammy nominations. Alessia Cara (20), Gallant (25), and Bibi Bourelly (22) are also honored on the list having released critically acclaimed projects over the last year. Jeremih, who turns 30 next year, also makes the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in time.

Congratulations to all the honorees and take a look the rest of the music category, as well as the entirety of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, via their site.

It’s been a bad 2017 for Soulja Boy. And 2017 is only a few days old.

Just a day after he began beefing with Chris Brown, the Chicago rapper went to Instagram to share a live broadcast with his followers. And it didn’t seem to end well for the controversial artist.

During the broadcast, we see Soulja approach an individual yelling, “What’s going on, man? They say Soulja Boy ain’t from the hood,” before putting his arm around the unidentified guy. The man then pushes Soulja away saying, “Get off me, though”; the phone drops, another dude picks the phone up, and then the broadcast ends.

The beef between Chris Brown and Soulja Boy is far from finished. Though Soulja apparently tried to apologize to Brown via text, Breezy has instead responded by challenging Soulja to a celebrity boxing match. Place your bets.

Tory Lanez released a pair of New Year’s Day mixtapes—The New Toronto 2 and Chixtape 4—to set off 2017 the right way.

In 2016, the Toronto rapper/crooner dropped his debut album, I Told You, that had him collaborating with Play Picasso, Cashmere Cat, and DJ Dahi. It featured his biggest singles (“Say It” and “Luv”), and contained no guest appearances. In an interview with Complex, he noted how focused he was in delivering quality and repping his city.

“Let’s let the music talk from this point,” he said. “I’m here for good music; I’m here to make the music. At the end of the day, I rep my city and I rep my city proud as a young Canadian. I’m not going to let nothing stop me. I think sometimes that gets misconnected on the way I go about things but it is what it is. Our city is just going to be No. 1.”

The New Toronto 2 and Chixtape 4 are sequels to The New Toronto and Chixtape 3 that he dropped last Christmas. The New Toronto was his Lanez’ first Gangsta Grillz mixtape hosted by DJ Drama.
