Kid Cudi made good use of his social media accounts earlier today. To introduce the title of his forthcoming studio album, Kid Cudi sent out a tweet to an Instagram link with the words, “My new album is titled…” attached to it. For the Cudi fans who clicked, they were treated to the unveiling of the title for Cudi’s next album. Keeping it simple, Kid Cudi revealed plans to call his next album Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’ with a handwritten note. You can check out the aforementioned Instagram clip below. Now we just need a release date and a single or two.

Buckle up G-Unit fans, it looks like an official reunion could be on the horizon. Last night, 50 Cent showed up at DJ Drama’s video shoot for his new single “Wishing” to make a cameo appearance in the visual. Apparently, The Game and his crew were also in the building, as Game’s Blood Money Entertainment signee Pharaoh Jackson tagged a couple of Instagram pictures of the two chilling in the same location. The big story, however, was the caption of one of his posts. HHNM first pointed out the connection.

“The BEATLES AKA “G-UNIT” are joining forces again… “STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON” the movie captivated the Globe…. NOW what’s gone happen when we do the “G-UNIT” movie with all the drama… G-UNIT aka the Hip-Hop Beatles TOOK OVER THE WORLD, BUT EGOS CAUSED THEM TO BREAK UP PREMATURELY….” he wrote. Not only does this directly mention the possibility of an official reunion between the two longtime rivals, but it even drops the possibility of a Straight Outta Compton-style movie about the group.

This might come as a surprise to some, considering 50 and the Game have famously been rivals for years now, but signs of their potential reconciliation have been popping up all over the place recently. Game posted a drunken Instagram praising 50’s Effen Vodka back in March, and they peacefully partied at the same club later that month. He even met up and chilled with fellow G-Unit member Lloyd Banks in Dubai back in February. And while 50 didn’t seem too pleased about it at the time, it looks like the cooling hostilities between the two parties might finally be starting to mend their relationship.

Of course, 50 and the Game were once very close, uniting the East and West Coasts with their work in G-Unit and the Game’s hugely successful debut album The Documentary. Things went south for the two soon after though, with 50 kicking the Game out of the group for alleged disloyalty. Tensions quickly boiled over, resulting in an infamous shootout outside of New York’s Hot 97 station in 2005. Diss tracks soon followed, and for years it seemed like the two camps would never reconcile.

With King Pharaoh’s announcement, however, it looks like the two might finally be ready to squash their beef. Considering the rest of G-Unit put aside their differences in 2014, adding the Game into the mix would mean the whole crew would be working together for the first time in over a decade. We’ll have to wait and see where things go from here, but the possibility of a full G-Unit reunion is looking more promising than ever.

VIEWS dropped less than two weeks ago, but it looks like Drake is already starting to rack up more studio time. Tuesday night, French Montana posted an Instagram video of himself and Drake in the studio together in New Jersey, as Drake told a story about watching French’s Cocaine City DVDs. “That was our shit. I remember the clip of you pulling out all the money in the street,” Drake said. “After that they started calling me French because we look the same.” French laughs and then congratulates him on moving a million copies of VIEWS in the first week of sales.

Azealia Banks can now add Zayn Malik to her ever-expanding list of Twitter beefs. It all started Tuesday afternoon when Banks accused the 23-year-old singer of copying her music video “Chasing Time,” which had several similarities to Malik’s “Like I Would” video.

Ja Rule was not happy about getting pelted with a beer can during his performance at Harrah’s Pool After Dark in Atlantic City this weekend. In a video obtained by TMZ, Ja can be seen taking a hard can to the dome right in the middle of his set. He immediately stops the show and demands to know which fan threw the beer at him. He even offered $1,000 to whoever could point out the culprit. That apparently worked pretty well for him, as they were soon identified and summoned towards the stage.

Not one to let security deal with things, Ja Rule instead yelled “come here so I can smack the shit out of you.” For some reason, the fan obliged, and Ja Rule lived up to his word, slapping the fan across the face in anger. It’s definitely an intense reaction, but certainly an understandable one considering he took a beer can to the face while performing.

Nicki Minaj slammed her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels in a series of tweets early Wednesday morning and called him out for filing a lawsuit against her. She also accused him of trying to undermine her relationship with current boyfriend Meek Mill.

After Minaj celebrated Meek Mill’s birthday last Friday by posting several messages about it on social media, she said she was hit with a lawsuit from Samuels on Monday. According to Minaj, the lawsuit accuses her of physical and mental abuse. “Two years later this poor excuse of a man is suing me & claiming to have been physically & emotionally abused. Lol. He’s so miserable,” she wrote on Twitter. “You can’t even celebrate your happiness anymore w/o being victimized. Miserable ppl refuse to move on w/their lives.”

Minaj then claimed Samuels has continued to email her in recent months despite Meek Mill warning him to stop. She also accused Samuels of trying to stir up drama for reality TV. Samuels has been seen with Love and Hip-Hop: Hollywood star Nikki Mudarris recently and is rumored to be joining the cast for the upcoming third season. “U really want me showing these emails?” she said in a subsequent tweet. “I know u need a story line to be on reality Tv. God punishing u & u bout to get more!!!!!”

Later, Minaj also claimed she once caught Samuels stealing money from her and didn’t prosecute him. Additionally, she pleaded with Samuels to stop contacting her. “Stop emailing me u miss me!!!!” she wrote. “Putting on a show for the media then emailing me.”

In a statement to Complex, a rep for Samuels said, “Initially things were being handled privately behind the scenes but it was taken to social media and unfortunately its now being played out in the public eye which could easily be interpreted as a cry for attention. Safaree will not continue in any more social media feuds and at this time we are unable to comment or provide any details pertaining to the current legal proceedings that are taking place with Safaree Samuels and Nicki Minaj. We are confident that things will be both favorable and amicable for all parties.”

Minaj and Samuels split in 2014 after 12 years of dating, an event that Minaj said helped inspire her last album The Pinkprint. She has publicly been in a relationship with Meek Mill for over a year now. Rumors have been circulating for months about how Samuels was planning to bring a lawsuit against her, claiming he has been heavily involved in the writing of her albums.

Bobby Shmurda’s trial, which was originally slated to start on Feb. 22 before it was pushed back to May, has been postponed for a second time. Kati Cornell, New York’s director of public information at the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor, confirmed the postponement to XXL on Monday and revealed that the trial will not begin until September.

Attorneys representing Shmurda and his GS9 affiliates Rowdy Rebel, Quento, and Montana Flea reportedly requested the delay, although their reasons for doing so are currently unknown.

A federal indictment of almost 50 alleged gang members last week confirms that Rick Ross was on the receiving end of online gang threats in 2012. Ross was targeted with threats in a YouTube video, telling him he needed to pay the Gangster Disciples for the use of its name and symbols after he put a six-pointed star on the cover his mixtape Black Bar Mitzvah. In the released documents, which you can view here, four gang members are accused of threatening Ross with physical harm in 2012 because he used their symbols.

Kim Kardashian woke up to a lot more than breakfast in bed this Mother’s Day. While most mothers are likely waking up to simpler gifts such as flowers or cards, it should come as little surprise that the Kardashian-West household is doing things just a little differently. ?Kanye West surprised his wife and the mother of his two children with a small private orchestra in the couple’s living room.

Travis Scott might be killing it on the hip-hop charts, but the same apparently can’t be said of his driving skills. According to a report from TMZ, the Texas rapper had some car troubles as he was leaving the Glendale Galleria shopping mall in Glendale, California last week. In a video, Scott can be seen backing his Lamborghini directly into the car parked behind him. The valet promptly freaks out, and can be seen waving his arms animatedly. Luckily for Scott, it looks like the damage was—at worst—minimal, as he ends up driving away without police involvement. Still, he should probably practice his parallel parking skills a little if he’s going to be whipping around in a car that costs a couple hundred thousand dollars. He’s expressed his love for the car in the past on social media.
