It’s no secret that Chance the Rapper and Kanye West have grown pretty close over the last couple months. Both rappers lent their voices to each others projects, with Chance appearing on The Life of Pablo’s “Ultralight Beam” and Kanye popping up on Coloring Book’s “All We Got.” Since then, Chance has called Kanye “the greatest artist of our generation” in his Complex cover story, while Kanye said that Chance is “one of my favorite people” and that he had “god level bars.”

Today, the love-fest continued on Twitter, with Chance giving us a little more insight into his complex relationship with his idol-turned-collaborator. He notes that he feels as if he’s known Kanye ever since The College Dropout song “We Don’t Care” came out, but that he feels weird now that the two are friends in real life. “Every time I talk to him it feels foreign,” he wrote. “I still get nervous and starstruck. I’m still surprised when he likes my ideas.” For Chance, this dual relationship works only because Kanye is “one of a kind. Therefore, I’ve always known him, and will never know him. I’m content with that.”

Tyga and Kylie Jenner may have broken up again, but the rapper wants everyone to know that he still loves her.

During an impromptu interview with TMZ at LAX on Friday, Tyga opened up about the reason for their split. “We’re both just focused on our individual lives right now,” he says. “Sometimes things just don’t work out, but I love her.”

TMZ reported the news of their break up earlier week and while it can’t confirm exactly what caused it, the outlet did say the relationship officially came to end after this year’s Met Gala. The two both attended the Met Gala, but they didn’t walk the red carpet together.

Later in the interview, Tyga opened up about Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian’s first child together. And, well, that’s where things kind of got tense.

Tidal has been seeing a massive growth in subscribers with their exclusive content strategy in recent months. Back in February, Kanye West shared The Life of Pablo on Jay Z’s music streaming service, and the response was overwhelmingly good. Tidal revealed their subscriber base doubled from 1 million to 2.5 million. What’s more, Tidal claims that Pablo was streamed over 250 million times in its first 10 days of release.

In early May, the Heat revealed that Chris Bosh—who has not played for Miami since February due to a mysterious ailment that may or may not be related to blood clots—would not make an appearance during the remainder of the 2016 NBA Playoffs. They did so with an incredibly vague statement that didn’t reveal much of anything:
The statement did make it sound like Bosh would be back with the team next season, though. But according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, that might not be the case. In a report released this morning, Windhorst revealed that sources have told him “there is fear within the Heat organization that Bosh’s condition will prevent him from ever being cleared to play by team doctors.” Bosh has reportedly visited with a handful of specialists in recent months, and the belief at this point in time is that Bosh could be “forced into a medical retirement.”

Bosh reportedly wants to play basketball again and doesn’t seem to be on board with the “medical retirement” idea, but if he isn’t cleared to play, it’s unlikely the Heat would allow him back on the court. Further, there’s a league rule in place that would allow the Heat to take the $75 million Bosh has left on his current contract off the books if he doesn’t play for a full year. That means it might make the most sense for the Heat to leave Bosh on the bench next season until Feb. 9, 2017 (Bosh’s last game was Feb. 9, 2016) at which time they would be able to cut ties with him if an independent doctor approved by both the Heat and the NBA Players’ Association says it’s not in Bosh’s best interest to continue playing basketball.

Bosh hasn’t spoken about his health or much of anything in weeks as he has refused to speak with reporters during the Heat’s playoff run. But now that the Heat have been eliminated from the postseason, the team is going to have to start to solidify plans for next season, so more info about Bosh’s future should be available soon.

Kehlani is someone who knows what it’s like to live with severe depression. Earlier this year, the R&B singer was hospitalized after attempting to take her own life. She’s fully recovered now and is out on the road delighting audiences once again with her unique and sensual vocal delivery. During a recent stop on her present tour, Kehlani paused her show to deliver a power speech about the rigors of living with mental illness and the responsibility we all share in helping those closest to us.

“[Suicide] is something that so many young people are dealing with,” Kehlani said. “And so many young people slip under the rug. Please don’t try it. Don’t do it.” Then, referencing her own suicide attempt, the singer revealed, “It wasn’t a first time thing, and that’s not okay…for anyone. Not for the people around you, not for the people that love you, not the people that care about you.”
In March, Kehlani made headlines when she posted a photo of her arm with an IV sticking out of it to Instagram captioned, “Today I wanted to leave the Earth.” She then addressed her relationship with both PARTYNEXTDOOR and Kyrie Irving. “God saved me for a reason, and for that… I must be grateful.. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason.” She then deleted her account for a while, but it’s since gone live once again.

If you or someone you know is dealing with depression and has thoughts of suicide, it’s not weakness to ask for help. If you just want someone to talk to, and feel like you can’t share your thoughts with those in your daily life, here’s the number for the Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255.

Back in September 2014, John Starks made an appearance on ESPN’s Highly Questionable and was asked if he knew which Knicks player The Notorious B.I.G. was talking about on his legendary track “I Got a Story to Tell.” Starks said he did, and then he steadfastly refused to give up the name of the player to Dan Le Batard and Bomani Jones. That fueled speculation that the player in question was actually *gasp* him.

“I know who it was about,” Starks said, “but I’m not gonna say.”

On Monday, Fat Joe appeared on Highly Questionable, and before the show even aired, the HQ Twitter account sent out a tweet about how Le Batard and Jones had finally gotten someone to go on the record and talk about which Knicks player Biggie was referring to.

So…who was it? Well, we’ll let Fat Joe tell it:

It was about Anthony Mason, rest in peace. I mean, it’s been, like, that was the, you know, that was like…It was about Ant Mason. Ant Mason’s my brother. I love Ant Mason. But you got to also know that rap is entertainment. So we stretch the truth. We change things up. We lie. We stretch things.
After Fat Joe gave his answer, Le Batard asked him to confirm that Biggie was, in fact, talking about Anthony Mason:

What I heard—calm down—what I heard was it was about Anthony Mason. That was the rumor. That was a very strong possibility rumor it was about Anthony Mason. Rest in peace because Ant Mason is one of my favorite Knicks ever.
So there you go. If you believe what Fat Joe is saying here, Biggie was talking about Mason. During his Highly Questionable appearance, the “All the Way Up” rapper also discussed the craziest situation he’s ever been in—it was very crazy—and the time Roy Jones Jr. tried to knock him out. Check out the interview above.

Kid Cudi spoke out on Twitter today about the mixed response his last album, Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven, received from fans and critics. Calling the project “the most important album right now in existence,” Cudi said SB2H was misunderstood because it was ahead of its time. “In five years, maybe sooner, you’ll see its impact,” he tweeted. He went on to describe his motivations for making the album, saying: “It was for the kids sitting at home dreaming of doing something creatively brave. Wanting to explore different musical realms.”

Cudi also encouraged his fans to continue striving to be themselves and maintain their integrity. He concluded by nothing that “People are always gonna hate on what they don’t understand. No matter what you do. So just trust you and watch what happens.”

After some confusion back in March, it sounds like the next adidas Yeezy Boost 750 finally has a release date.

According to Highsnobiety, there’s a pair of Yeezy Boost 750s scheduled to be released a month from today on June 11. Its sources report an official style name of “Grilleg,” although it’s not known exactly which pair this is. As of publishing, speculation points to the brown and gum colorway pictured above. Check back soon for official updates as we get closer to the date.

In other Yeezy-related news, infant sizes of the Yeezy Boost 350 will be available starting in August.

George Zimmerman has announced that he plans to auction off the gun he used to kill 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in February 2012. The auction, which you can find here listed on the site gunbroker.com, is set to start at 11 a.m. EST on Thursday with bidding beginning at $5,000. The gun is identified as a Kel-Tec PF-9 9mm handgun in the auction listing.

Zimmerman, who was acquitted of second-degree murder in 2013, told Florida TV station WOFL Fox 35 that he’s using the auction to push back against advocates for stronger gun control, including Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton. “She made comments that I should not have had a gun, which, legally, nothing stopped me or stops me currently from owning or possessing a firearm,” he said, referencing a speech ?at Al Sharpton’s National Action Network in which Clinton said that “the man who killed Trayvon Martin should have never had a gun in the first place.”

Zimmerman also told WOFL Fox 35 that he doesn’t care what critics think about his auction. “They’re not going to be bidding on it,” he said, “so I couldn’t care less about them…This isn’t going to influence the radicals.”

Additionally, Zimmerman explained what he plans to do with the gun if he isn’t able to sell it. “Otherwise, it’s going in a safe for my grandkids, never to be used or seen again,” he said.

But he doesn’t think that’ll be a problem. “Many have expressed interest in owning and displaying the firearm including The Smithsonian Museum in Washington D.C.,” the gunbroker.com page reads. “This is a piece of American History.” The Smithsonian has denied this claim.

We have never expressed interest in collecting George Zimmerman’s firearm, and have no plans to ever collect or display it in any museums

The Trayvon Martin Foundation released a statement through the Martin family lawyer. ?”The Trayvon Martin Foundation is committed to its mission of ending senseless gun violence in the United States,” Tracy Martin, the father of Trayvon Martin, said in the statement. “We are laser focused on furthering that mission. As such, the foundation has no comment on the actions of that person that murdered Trayvon. Please visit us at www.trayvonmartinfoundation.org to find out more about the work we are doing and how you can help.?”

The Trayvon Martin Foundation, George Zimmerman’s attorney, and gunbroker.com did not immediately return Complex’s request for comment.
