Wiz Khalifa filed a lawsuit against his former manager, Benjy Grinberg, and Grinberg’s label Rostrum Records that aims to terminate a 360 deal he signed at the beginning of his rap career, according to Variety. The lawsuit claims that Grinberg, who is the founder and president of Rostrum Records, profited off self-dealing.
Khalifa signed to Grinberg and Rostrum in 2004 when he was 16. His lawsuit claims that both parties “induced” Khalifa into the agreement that “reached for more than a decade into virtually every aspect” of his professional life instead of disclosing alternative agreements that could have been more beneficial and in Khalifa’s best interest.
While Pusha T just dropped a new song with Jay Z, his fellow G.O.O.D. Music artists, Big Sean and Kanye West, are currently in the studio working on new music together on Tuesday night. Footage of the studio session first emerged from Sean’s Snapchat story and was quickly ripped online, though it’s unclear what the two are working on. Sean’s story includes both a fresh Snippet of a Kanye verse and also some footage of ‘Ye sitting down in front a microphone recording, though the sound is off.
Again, few details are known about the G.O.O.D. Music tandem is working on, but a portion of the Kanye verse can be heard pretty clear, as he’s rapping about having to go put his Louis Vuitton on. Interestingly enough, it sounds like Travi$ Scott might even be on the hook of the track, but it’s hard to tell from the snippet.

McDonald’s might have run a very successful marketing campaign with Justin Timberlake singing their famous jingle, but it turns out Pusha T is the artist that wrote “I’m Lovin’ It” in the first place. Chris Brown may have to pay over $2,000 for the loss of a $25 cap.
Chris Brown is being sued by a fan who says the singer and his security are to blame for the loss of his hat. According to TMZ, Brown fan Marq Stevenson attempted to get his cap signed by the entertainer at his show in Dallas last year, but after passing it to a member of Chris’ team, the piece was never returned. It’s unclear if the hat ever made its way to Brown.
Outside of the hat, which he claims was “stolen,” Stevenson says he was “bullied” by Chris’ security, and is now looking to be compensated for $2,750 — $25 for the hat, $225 for his ticket, and $2500 for his experience with the alleged bullies. He’s no longer looking for an autograph, just the cash. Think this one will get off the ground?
Angela Simmons is expecting her first child. She flexed her pregnant belly on Instagram.
We imagine that Yo Gotti is far from the first rapper to be attracted to Angela Simmons, daughter of Rev Run, but late last year, he admitted his crush to the world on his smash hit “Down with the DM.” The Memphis don won’t be pleased to see this news, as Simmons showed off a suspicious protrusion on her belly yesterday, and the caption she wrote on Instagram confirmed that a child is currently growing inside of her. Shucks.
