DJ Khaled is on track to score his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart with Major Key.

The album, which arrived July 29 through We the Best/Epic Records, is on pace to earn over 90,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Aug. 4, which could be just enough to knock Drake’s chart-dominating VIEWS from the top spot as reported by Billboard. On top of that, the album could sell 60,000 in traditional album sales, which would be Khaled’s best-selling week since We the Best sold 79,000 copies back in 2007.

The victory would mark the first No. 1 spot for Khaled, but he still has plenty of success under his belt already with five of his albums charting in the top 10. His previous album, I Changed a Lot, debuted and peaked at No. 12 last year and his releases have always come up just slightly short of that very top spot in years past.

There’s no doubt Khaled has been stepping up his game as of late, inking a new deal with Epic Records and picking up Jay Z as his new manager, all while racking up the industry’s best talent to jump on his album. His new deals and entrepreneurial spirit show Khaled is on a high-flying trajectory to even more success. Clearly, he has really unlocked all of the major keys to more success. Major Key is exclusively available through the iTunes Store and Apple Music, but look for the album to hit other music platforms Aug. 5 before it’s available for physical release Aug. 12.

The seventh annual OVO Fest kicked off this weekend. And, as expected, Day 1 delivered plenty of epic moments. None were more epic, however, than the appearance of special guest Kanye West, during which the Chi-town star teased the crowd with the possibility of a future album-length collaboration with Drake.

Just like in previous years, Drake lit up his home city of Toronto with memorable guest performances. Sunday’s concert featured sets by Roy Wood$, dvsn, Baka, as well as Future. And who could forget when Rihanna joined Drizzy to perform a medley of their collaborative hits, including “Work” and “Too Good”?

Needless to say, Day 1 set the bar pretty high. But Day 2 was just as memorable. Following repeat performances by Roy Wood$ and dvsn, Popcaan took the stage as the first surprise guest of the night. The Jamaican singer, who’s featured on Drake’s hit single “Controlla,” came out to his song “Only Man She Wants” and then followed it up with “Everything Nice” and Jamie xx’s “I Know There’s Gonna Be.”

And it didn’t stop there. Drake’s “No Shopping” collaborator French Montana also took the stage, which was an expected move, but still pretty lit.

Rihanna returned for night number two in style. She joined the evening’s host to sing “Work” and “Too Good,” and went solo with “Bitch Betta Have My Money.”

There was only one way to bring the night up from there. Drake brought out Kanye West, who had joined him in Chicago just a few nights earlier. Just like last week, they performed “Pop Style,” and Yeezy hinted at the future possibility of a collaborative project with Drake. “Toronto, I got one question for you,” he said. “Is y’all ready for this album?”

The rappers who brought us “No Lie” are reuniting, and they announced it in the best way possible.

2 Chainz took to Instagram Monday night to announce the imminent release of his new mixtape Daniel Son; Necklace Don. He revealed the project by posting a hilarious text exchange between himself and Drake. After hearing that the tape was dropping on Apple Music, Drake responds with a flurry of praising hand emojis and an inquiry about hooking 2 Chainz up with his contacts there. Joining the already stacked lineup of Travi$ Scott’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight and Frank Ocean’s Boys Don’t Cry, 2 Chainz will also be dropping the mixtape this Friday.

Daniel Son; Necklace Don will actually be 2 Chainz’ third project of the year. He dropped the mixtape Felt Like Cappin’ in January, and linked up with Lil Wayne for their collaborative project ColleGrove in March. Wayne and 2 Chainz have since been supporting the album with a number of concerts and special appearances together.

50 Cent and The Game are officially cool again, and we couldn’t be happier about it. The onetime enemies hit up the Ace of Diamonds strip club together in Los Angeles Monday night, and it was all love between the two. Not only did TMZ capture footage of them chatting at the club, but The Game later got on stage and made a speech burying the hatchet between them. “I fuck with 50,” Game said. “What happened, that shit was 12 years ago. Niggas ain’t on that shit. Drink your motherfucking Effen [vodka].”

In a shocking interview on the Murder Master Music Show, Eminem’s former bodyguard claims that Suge Knight once tried to have Eminem killed. Byron “Big Naz” Williams said the incident took place at the 2001 Source Awards, which he noted was known to be plagued with violence problems. Eminem was forced to sit away from his bodyguards with other artists and fans.

“That was our first encounter with Suge Knight and his henchman,” he said. “Em was going to his seat. The way they had the seating was all messed up and the bodyguards couldn’t sit with the artists. I think that was by design ’cause I think they really wanted the artists to be able to network with each other, but it also gives people who got beef with other artists to get at them,” he said.

Rich Homie Quan and T.I.G. (Think It’s A Game) Records have officially settled their lawsuit. According to a press release, Quan and the label set aside their differences and negotiated some mutually agreeable terms out of court. “I feel like LeBron James, I’m ready and looking forward to ending 2016 with a bang, my fans will not be disappointed,” Quan said in the press release. “It will be cinematic. Just like a movie.” Think It’s A Game’s CEO Fly also sounded upbeat, saying, “I am going to keep it short and sweet. We are family! We started together and we are going to finish together. It’s been a long ride, but get ready for greatness.”

Quan originally brought a $2 million lawsuit against the label last year, claiming it had underpaid him on his hit songs like “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” and “Type of Way.” Think It’s A Game later counter-sued him, alleging he had not fully reported all of his earnings to them from “unauthorized” song releases.

In a statement, Quan’s manager said, “I feel relieved and I am glad that it came to an end. I never worried about us settling, because I knew my faith and trust in God would see us through.”

Quan’s career has been in a bit of a holding pattern as of late. His last hit was “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” way back in early 2015. There’s been promises that his debut album was finally on the horizon, but the lawsuit tied up his releases. Hopefully, with everything settled, he can get back to dropping new material.

50 Cent is doubling down on his lucrative relationship with Starz, the home of his crime drama Power. As announced in a press release Monday, 50 has extended his overall deal with the network to include the “superhero-themed” series Tomorrow, Today. The series is based on a screenplay written by 50, who will be executive producing the obvious hit in conjunction with his own G-Unit Film & Television.

“I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with my Starz family,” 50 said Monday in a press release. “We have had great success together on Power and I am excited to get going on all of our upcoming projects together. I knew Starz would be the perfect home for Tomorrow, Today. This project is very personal to me … creating it, writing it, finding the best team for it and I will continue to be involved every step of the way.”

Tomorrow, Today is described as a superhero-themed series centered on a veteran from Chicago who gets falsely imprisoned and unwittingly becomes the “personal experiment” of an insane prison doctor. This doctor ultimately creates the perfect man, who promptly breaks free and, well, there’s the start of your series. As noted by Polygon, this narrative has more than a few things in common with Marvel’s upcoming Netflix show Luke Cage.

Beenie Man missed out on his co-headlining performance at Drake’s OVO Fest Saturday night after reportedly contracting Zika virus. The Jamaican dancehall great shared an Instagram post detailing his struggle, and revealed the Canadian government had denied his visa after finding out that he had tested positive for the virus. He said that the same mosquito had also given him Dengue Fever, and that he was receiving a treatment regimine of “blood tests, injections, [and] pills.”

On Saturday, West send a series of tweets explaining why the music game is “fucked up,” as he put it. He claimed music streaming services are holding back access to a younger generation of fans who just want to hear good music, regardless of what platform it is on. On Sunday afternoon, Kid Cudi agreed with Kanye’s tweets, saying, “This is why the game is fucked up.” He elaborated on his comment by explaining that wealthy influencers in the game just want to get richer, and stated that the industry about the music for a long time.
