The Game has a problem with Meek Mill. The 1992 artist was filmed at Story in Miami dissing Meek onstage for being a “snitch” and seemingly threatening to “beat [his] ass.” According to Uproxx, Game’s anti-Meek comments were made on Thursday. Meek hasn’t directly responded to Game’s comments just yet, but he did hit up Instagram with what may be a subtle reply early Friday morning.

Kanye West abruptly stopped in the middle of his concert at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Fla. on Wednesday night to respond to Kid Cudi’s comments from earlier in the day. In a series of tweets, Cudi took aim at “haters within the industry” who he was going to “crush.” “Everyone thinks they’re so great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them,” he tweeted.

Ariana Grande stopped by Ellen Wednesday and finally confirmed what many have been suspecting for some time: her and Mac Miller are dating.

“This is so crazy. I’ve never had the relationship talk on a show before,” Grande responded when Ellen DeGeneres pressed her about the rumored romance. DeGeneres brought up a video of the two performing their collaboration “The Way” on her show three years ago before asking Grande if she is with him and is happy. “Oh yeah,” Grande responded before shyly ducking under her sleeves.

Future is flexing especially hard this year. Though he’s already dropped his studio album Evol, as well as his Purple Reign and Project E.T. mixtapes, it looks like the ATL rapper isn’t done with the 2016 releases. According to Zaytoven, Future’s Beast Mode 16 record is already finished.

In an interview on VladTV, the producer dished on his collaborations with Future, specifically the follow-up to 2015’s Beast Mode. Zaytoven touched on the extensive work he and Future had put into this project and how they’ve recorded over 100 unreleased songs together. You’d think that would be enough, but apparently Future couldn’t help himself.

Travi$ Scott’s Birds In the Trap Sing McKnight is officially the No. 1 album in the country, and to celebrate, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper/producer has shared his new La Flame documentary. The 18-minute film is a mixture of behind the scenes footage of Travi$ recording the project with Mike Dean and others in the studio and actual concert footage where he’s turning up with fans in his usual wild manner.

The documentary features a number of cameos, including one from Kanye West, who is seen embracing Travi$ near the end of the video. Kevin Garnett, Quavo, Seth Rogen, and Puff Daddy also make appearances in the documentary. Travi$ had teased some sort of surprise for fans on his Twitter on Tuesday and he certainly delivered in a major way. With the album and documentary now out, fans are holding out for an official tour from Travi$, though he hasn’t hinted at anything yet.

The delayed release of Lil Wayne’s long-awaited 12th album Tha Carter V has been one of the biggest points of contention between Wayne and Birdman’s Cash Money Records. Wayne has previously claimed that the label was holding his album hostage and wouldn’t allow it to be released. But is Wayne the one who is actually holding on to the album and refusing to put it out?

Last week’s announcement of Tyga joining G.O.O.D. Music was met with some skepticism from rap fans, many of whom took the opportunity to clown on Tyga via social media. But while some were busy trolling, a few of the internet’s favorite rappers actually came to Tyga’s defense.

As XXL points out, Vince Staples posted a picture of Tyga’s 2015 song “Ice Cream Man,” which appeared on his Fuk Wut They Talkin Bout mixtape, on Instagram. After fans responded with anti-Tyga comments, Tyler, the Creator jumped in to offer his support. “Bruh I swear I’m the only one hyped about tyga on good music,” Tyler wrote. Vince quickly replied back, noting, “These kids are losers lol don’t know who they want to be or who they like.”

Kid Cudi took to Twitter Wednesday afternoon to call out the B.S. In a series of tweets, Cudi promised that “the days of fuckery are over,” thanking artists who stood by him while putting the haters on notice. People he specifically noted appreciating were A$AP Rocky and the rest of A$AP Mob, Travi$ Scott, Hit Boy, Audio Push, and SuperDuper Kyle. Although the people he was putting on notice remained nameless at first, he later added that they can apply to a variety of artists, specifically naming Kanye West and Drake.

Young Thug has just made Hip-Hop history as he officially becomes the first rapper ever to have three top five rap albums on the Billboard charts in one year. The record was made official after the release of his latest project, Jeffery, which debuted at No. 3 rap charts, racking up in 18,000 total sales in its first week. His other two albums Slime Season 3, and I’m Up debuted at No. 1 and No. 4, respectively. What a prolific year he’s having – the only other artist that was close was Kevin Gates who had two top 5 debuts on the Rap Albums chart this year with his debut album Islah and his summer project Murder for Hire 2. Big shoutout to Thugger for the achievement!
